At B-Roof’s American bar, you will find all kinds of drinks, perfect for all tastes. The proposal ranges from the great cocktail classics of mixology, to signature cocktails made specifically for events and themed nights. These have been developed with our bartenders’ extraordinary vision and skill. Our Bar Menu also includes a selection of savoury products.

The B-Roof aperitif package includes a drink of your choice and a plate of finger food specially prepared by our chefs. During the summer, aperitifs are served in the B-Green pergola and on the outdoor terraces - an exceptional location that never ceases to amaze, suspended over the rooftops of the city and surrounded by the sunsets’ pink lights that only Florence can offer.
