Brunch & dinner - Florence Marathon

For November 27th, the day in which the Florence Marathon will be held, we have thought of two really interesting proposals: the Marathon runner's Brunch and Dinner!

Brunch menu

The menu costs € 75 per person and includes:

Bagel, marinated salmon and bitter herbs

Cucumbers, olives, cherry tomatoes and mint

64 ° eggs, tender chard and grilled yellow tomato

Grilled vegetable skewer and parsley pesto

Roasted pineapple, flavored steamed turkey and fermented yogurt

Mediterranean Basmati rice salad

Vegetable soup


SALAD CORNER

Carrots, baby lettuce, songino, salad, Florentine tomato, marinated beetroot, stick zucchini; Quinoa, peas, tofu and mint; Liquid panzanella in glass and celery flowers; Tartlet with black olives and vegetables; Small Friselle with tomatoes and oregano


DESSERT

Pancakes, bananas and chocolate chips; Fruit and mint salad

Centrifugates, smoothies, fruit juices

American coffee / milk, cappuccinos, espresso

The menu costs € 50 per person and includes:

Fresh macaroni with tomato and crunchy rigatina

Grilled salmon steak with seasonal vegetables

Fresh seasonal fruit and mint

Should any guest wish to select other dishes as well from the a la carte menu it will be possible to do so. A possible extra with respect to the proposed rate will be communicated at the moment of orders to our maître.
