The temperatures have now dropped and there is nothing more beautiful than rediscovering the typical flavors of this season: good, rich and warm.


The gastronomic week of November is entirely dedicated to the queen of autumn: the chestnut. Capable of being declined in every course, from appetizers to desserts, the chestnut thus becomes a blank canvas in the skilled hands of our Chef Richard Leimer who, for the occasion, will create culinary proposals capable of recalling tradition while leaving room for innovation and creativity.
