Over the years, "the Baglioni terrace" has taken on different names. In the 1950s, for example, it was the Astrolabium Club, the venue of a very popular nighttime music show by RAI - Italy's public broadcasting company - which launched Fred Buscaglione into stardom.

After a long hiatus as Terrazza Brunelleschi, in 2017 it was rebranded as B-Roof, the heir to a long tradition. The restaurant is always open, 7 days a week, lunch and dinner, for both the hotel's and outside guests. Booking is advised.

Located on the 5th floor, the restaurant can be accessed from the entrance to Grand Hotel Baglioni.
