Wine Pairing “Carattere Toscano”

An unmissable event to discover the typical dishes of Tuscan cuisine, revisited by our Chef with a modern touch.

 

The menu includes:

  • Liver lollipop, apple mustard, reduction of Marsala and brioche bread (paired with Chardonnay Fontanelle Banfi Toscana IGT)
  • Ribollita (Tuscan bread soup) with meringues of Parmigiano

    Reggiano aged 36 months (paired with Aska Banfi Bolgheri Rosso DOC)

  • Pici pasta with cheese and pepper on black cabbage pesto (paired with Aska Banfi Bolgheri Rosso DOC)
  • Grilled sirloin with garlic, oil and chili pepper escarole and

    zolfini beans (paired with Aska Banfi Bolgheri Rosso DOC)

  • Zuccotto (typical Florentine dessert) with alchermes

 

When: every day from 7.30 pm to 10 pm.

Price: € 80 per person (min. 2 persons).

The cuisine of our Executive Chef Richard Leimer is based on these milestones to provide an enveloping and refined experience at the same time where the undisputed protagonist is the good taste.


Our à la carte menu is always available and never the same. Therefore, it varies very often to follow the best the season offers.
