THE TUSCAN MENU

An unmissable event to discover the typical dishes of Tuscan cuisine, revisited by our Chef with a modern touch.

 

The menu includes:

  • Welcome bubbles and our liver crouton
  • Zucchini porridge and finocchiona breadsticks on stracchino
  • Cow's tail Mezzelune pasta with Vernaccia, cardoncelli and nipitella
  • Steak cut with grilled juniper crushed
  • Florentine Zuccotto
  • 1 bottle of Pietrafitta Tuscan red wine

 

When: every day from 7.30 pm to 10 pm.

Price: 65€ per person.


Bistecca al B-Roof Steak Florentine-style

An extraordinary proposal to taste one of the most loved dishes of our region: the Florentine steak!


The tasting menu includes:

  • Bruschetta with fresh tomato and basil, accompanied by a glass of prosecco
  • Steak Florentine-style with side dishes and chef's sauces
  • Florentine Zuccotto and Vinsanto

 

When: every Thursday from 7.30 pm to 10 pm.

Price: 55€ per person (minimum required 2 people).

The cuisine of our Executive Chef Richard Leimer is based on these milestones to provide an enveloping and refined experience at the same time where the undisputed protagonist is the good taste.


Our à la carte menu is always available and never the same. Therefore, it varies very often to follow the best the season offers.
