New Year’s Eve dinner

Celebrate New Year’s Eve with B-Roof special menu by Chef Richard Leimer! A real journey through italian tastes that combines the best of the land and sea.

The menu has a price of € 180 per person and includes:

Welcoming toast with a glass of Champagne
Vermouth Granita with Scampi and avocado
Parmesan pasta roll filled with confit red beetroots and pumpkin mousse
Beef tartare on a Matcha green tea jelly, licorice and Romanesco broccoli
Cappelletti pasta filled with pigeon and served with oyster soup and sour cream
Lobster “Rossini” with crunchy vegetables
Passion fruit jelly with Caprino cheese and mint iced sphere
Pineapple Ravioli with creme brulée and citrus and vanilla sauce

At midnight:
Cotechino and lentils
