The B Roof Restaurant has always been a special place where both Florentines and those who visit our city meet and take refuge during the different moments of the day. A real oasis of peace above the red roofs of Florence that will delight your senses.
You can enjoy a light and tasty lunch, order an aperitif at sunset, dine under the stars or enjoy en after dinner with friends.
Lunch with a view of the city
The most beautiful view of Florence will keep you company between one course and another in the dining room. Thanks to the large panoramic windows, which frame the most beautiful views of the historic centre, you will enjoy a breathtaking view.
When it’s good weather, you can take a seat outside under the pergola's American vines. You'll really feel like you're in a garden above the rooftops of the city!
Tasting menu
The Tuscan Food tasting menu offers a real journey through the unique flavours and aromas of the typical cuisine from our region. Four courses, from appetiser to dessert, will lead you to discover ingredients with a strong and intense taste - just like those of Tuscany.
An aperitif at sunset
At sunset, B-Roof is adorned in magic and gives the very best it has to offer. From the loggia and panoramic terraces, your gaze can run unhindered for a 360-degree view of the city, which will give you the feeling of having Florence at your feet.
The aperitif, starting at 6.30pm, includes a captivating cocktail menu and a selection of finger food served on a black slate plate.
If, on the other hand, you love novelties, our bartenders await you with their creativity to offer you inviting original cocktails, inspired by your personal tastes. We are sure that we will have something to your taste, as here at B-Roof, mixology is an art from all points of view, and even the most classic Negroni has a very special taste.
Dinner under the stars
In the summer evenings you will experience the magic of dining under the stars in one of the high terraces, surrounded by the beauty of Florence. If you prefer to dine amidst the greenery, you can try the picturesque B-Green pergola, a large garden dedicated to special events, private cocktails and other initiatives upon reservation.
In autumn and winter, dinner is served in the panoramic indoor hall.
After dinner
B-Roof confirms its versatility also for the after dinner: under the loggia or in one of the panoramic terraces you can sip a drink or a distillate to end the evening in a unique context.
